Just stop checking your stats every 10 minutes. Your Clickbank stats, your Adsense stats, your Aweber stats, your Facebook fanpage (big one!), any affiliate stats at all. Stop clicking send and receive on your email client 100 times per day.

There is advice that old boxing trainers used to give young fighters. “Stop admiring your work.” Often fighters would get knocked out because they would stop throwing punches after delivering a nice combination. They would like to savour how good that last series of punches they delivered was. Then while they were admiring themselves they would get knocked out because they had stopped fighting.

We could all benefit from this advice. Imagine if instead of checking your stats you would be putting out another article, getting another joint venture, sending out another email blast, creating a new product. The stats would take care of themselves! I would make this post longer but I have to go check my stats now. Much success! Matthew.
